Greetlead Terms and Conditions

1. Subject matter

These terms govern the use of the Greetlead service, published by Quantum Liquid LLC, a company governed by the laws of Wyoming (Limited Liability Company), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States of America. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy.

2. The Service

Greetlead is an online group card. An organiser creates a card for a colleague (farewell, birthday, baby, wedding, retirement, thank you, work anniversary, end of apprenticeship, get well, sympathy or client card) and shares a link. Colleagues sign from their phone without an account: name, message, ink colour, and if they wish a photo, a GIF and an email address to receive the recipient's thank-you.

A signer can also add a video of up to one minute and 40 MB, and can mark their message as private. A private message is shown only to the recipient and the organiser, not to the other signers.

The organiser can paste colleagues' email addresses. Greetlead then sends each of them one invitation and, if they have not signed, at most one reminder two days before delivery. The day before delivery, Greetlead sends one reminder to the organiser.

On the chosen date, the card is delivered to the recipient by email, if the organiser gave their address, or by link. The recipient can send one thank-you message to all signers who left an email address, and can choose to keep the card.

The organiser can open a gift collection register, in which signers note how much they contributed to a common gift. An amount noted by a signer is visible only to the organiser. The other signers see the total only. Greetlead never receives, holds or transfers this money. Payments are made directly between colleagues by the means the organiser indicates, for example Twint or bank transfer. Greetlead is not a payment service and is not responsible for these payments.

3. Account

Organisers sign in with a Lead Account, shared by the apps of the Lead family (Scanlead, CRMlead, ProjectLead, InvoiceLead). The organiser keeps their access confidential and is responsible for the cards created with their account. Signers and recipients need no account.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 Single cards

A single card is paid once, per card: Card costs 5 and Card Plus costs 9, in CHF, EUR or USD, taxes included where applicable.

4.2 Pro and Pro+ plans

Pro (19 per month or 190 per year) and Pro+ (49 per month or 490 per year) are plans of the Lead family. They are subscribed through the Lead Account and include unlimited cards. Their billing, renewal and cancellation follow the Lead Account terms.

4.3 Pro trial

Every new company gets 14 days of Greetlead Pro free, without a card. The trial ends automatically and nothing is charged.

4.4 Lifetime licence ("Greetlead Pro for life")

The "Greetlead Pro for life" licence is paid once, by card through Stripe. 300 licences are offered in total: the first 100 at 49 and the next 200 at 69, in CHF, EUR or USD. Once they are sold, the offer closes permanently.

The licence gives the Pro features inside Greetlead only. The other Lead apps keep their own plans. It covers one workspace and its organisers, with birthday and work-anniversary reminders for up to 50 people. Logo and company colours, team view and SSO remain part of Pro+.

The licence is for one company. It may not be resold or shared between companies.

"Lifetime" means for as long as Quantum Liquid LLC operates Greetlead. If the Service were ever closed, licence holders would be told at least 90 days in advance and could export their cards.

4.5 Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. The payment methods available are those Stripe offers for the account: card, and others depending on the country. TWINT is not offered as a payment method for Greetlead purchases. Greetlead never sees card numbers.

5. Refunds

A single card that has not been delivered can be refunded on request within 30 days. A lifetime licence is refunded without discussion on request within 30 days of purchase.

6. Content and acceptable use

Each signer is responsible for the message, photo, GIF and video they add. Unlawful, hateful or harassing content is prohibited, as is any use of the Service to harm or embarrass the recipient or another person.

The organiser can remove any message from their card. Quantum Liquid LLC may remove content reported as abusive. Reports can be sent to hello@greetlead.io.

7. Data

Personal data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy. When a card is created at work, the organiser's organisation is the controller of the card content and Greetlead is its processor.

The organiser can delete a card, or any message on it, at any time. A delivered card and its photos and videos are deleted automatically 12 months after delivery, unless the recipient has chosen to keep it. The email addresses pasted by the organiser to send invitations are used only for that card and are deleted with it.

8. Availability

Quantum Liquid LLC takes reasonable measures to keep the Service available and to deliver cards on the chosen date, without any service level commitment.

9. Liability

The Service is provided as is. The liability of Quantum Liquid LLC is limited to the amount paid by the organiser or their organisation during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage, except where the law forbids such a limitation.

10. Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced on the website and, for organisers, by email or in the application before they take effect.

11. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain reserved.
